So much easier than using footloop/Klemheist option. Ambidextrous (or is it, ambipedrous ). The instructions show that you can use 2 of them together, so looks like I might be bugging Trevor for another one!
Goes easily up the rope on it's own accord without being weighted. Also, no kickouts apart from once when my other foot was the culprit.
