Shipping Policy

Processing Time Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends, public holidays or after normal business hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay. Some items are custom made to order such as eye splicing in ropes, lanyards and prusiks. We aim to produce these in the standard shipping timeframe but due to the labour intensive nature and critical safety factor, demand can cause delay. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over a certain amount. Please check our website or checkout for current thresholds.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders Treegear ships to select international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Treegear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@treegear.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
