Place your online order by 1pm AEST and The Treegear Team will bust their butts to fulfil your order the same day. From time to time some items may be in hot demand or short supply and could sell out. Should any item you order be temporarily sold out, we will make contact immediately and inform you of the estimated wait time, offer you the option of waiting for the backordered item, opting for an alternate suitable item, or a receiving a refund. It's always your choice.
Regular Delivery times within Australia will usually be from 1-5 business days from the time of shipping for metro locations. Rural delivery may take longer.
Express Delivery times within Australia will usually be 1-3 business days to metro locations and Next Business Day to most major cities from the time of shipping within the Express Network. Rural delivery may take longer.
Orders placed online over $200AUD qualify for FREE* Regular Delivery within Australia. Excludes Express Delivery and some bulky, oversize or heavy items and International Delivery.
We generally use Australia Post. We may use Couriersplease, DHL, Fastway, Startrack, TNT Express or others when best suited due to size/weight, location or costs.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your Return Authorization and arrange your exchange or refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full exchange or refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (up to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).

We get buying online takes some serious trust on your part! If you receive any merchandise that is the wrong fit or even just doesn't meet your expectations, you can simply send it back to us within 30 days. Due to the nature of safety equipment, it must be new and unused, in the condition that you received it with all tags and packaging, and we will happily exchange size or refund it. We will ship your size exchange request back to you!

- Pick up in person from the Treegear warehouse Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Pay securely online using your credit card or PayPal.
- Pay by cheque or money order. This is much slower, as we won't send your gear until payment is banked & clear.
- Pay with your credit card details over the phone - international sales excluded.
- Pay by direct bank deposit, we will provide details if you request when you order.
- Pay in person with cash, credit card or eftpos at the Treegear warehouse.
